Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across this site.
What we have done
- Every page works with a keyboard, shows a clear focus outline, and starts with a link that skips straight to the content.
- Pages use headings, landmarks and labelled controls, so screen readers can move through them.
- Text colours are checked against their backgrounds in both the dark and the light look.
- If your device asks for reduced motion, the animations stop and each part of the page shows its finished state.
- Pages adapt to phones, tablets and zoomed-in screens without sideways scrolling.
- Form fields have visible labels, optional fields say so, and errors are announced and explained.
- The AI assistant can be used with a keyboard: Escape closes it, focus returns to where you were, and new replies are announced.
- Images that carry meaning have text descriptions; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
What we know needs care
- The "How it works" section tells its story as you scroll. All of its text is also in the page in reading order, and when reduced motion is on it becomes a still page showing the finished building.
- Booking a call opens Cal.com, which we do not control. If its booking page does not work for you, call or email us and we will book the call for you.
Tell us about a problem
If something on this site is hard to use, or you need information in another format, email info@charcounting.com or call (980) 998-9071. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we will help you another way while we fix it.
